This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of data to provide and improve our services:
Personal Information:
Email and Name: To create and manage your account. Location (GPS): To enable location-based features and enhance user experience. Captured Images from Camera: For in-app functionalities that require image uploads.
Usage Data:
Information about how you use the App, including interactions, preferences, and usage statistics.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
Personal Information:
Provide, operate, and maintain the App. Personalize and enhance your experience. Process payments and transactions via Stripe. Analyze usage trends with tools like Google Analytics. Improve our services and develop new features.
Legal Bases (GDPR Article 6):
Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)): creating and managing your account, providing the App's features, and processing payments and transactions via Stripe. Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): analytics, advertising and marketing cookies, and use of your data to improve AI models. You can withdraw consent at any time via in-app privacy settings or cookie preferences. Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): keeping the Service secure, preventing fraud and abuse, and establishing or defending legal claims. We balance these interests against your rights and freedoms and do not rely on this basis where your interests override ours. Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): retaining accounting and transaction records as required by law.
3. Marketing and Analytics (Consent)
With your consent, we may use tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure usage trends and deliver personalized content or advertisements. These tools may place cookies or use similar technologies. You can withdraw your consent at any time via in-app privacy settings or cookie preferences.
Use of IP addresses by Google:
From August 2026, Google uses the IP addresses it receives through our tags — via tags, SDKs, HTTP calls, uploads, or similar means — for ads measurement and ads personalization, including for users in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland. This processing takes place only where you have consented to analytics or marketing cookies, and it is not limited to cookies: an IP address is transmitted with the request itself. You can prevent it by rejecting the optional categories, or by withdrawing consent later in your cookie settings.
4. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services to enhance the App:
Firebase: For secure data storage and user authentication. Google Analytics and Google Ads: To track and analyze user activity and to manage advertising, including ads personalization and conversion measurement. Meta: Advertising measurement via the Meta pixel, where you have consented to marketing cookies. Ahrefs Analytics: Privacy-focused traffic statistics, where you have consented to analytics cookies. Trustpilot: Review widgets, where you have consented to marketing cookies. Stripe: For processing payments securely. AI Processing: We use Roboflow, Inc. (United States) to automatically detect and score shots on uploaded target images and to analyze related measurement data.
These third-party services have their own privacy policies governing their use of your information. We recommend reviewing their policies for additional details.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use necessary cookies to operate the App and, with your consent, analytics and advertising cookies to understand usage and personalize content/ads. "Similar technologies" is not limited to cookies — it also covers local storage and the IP address sent with each request, where these are used for analytics or advertising. Your choice is stored in a single cookie shared across club46.app and its subdomains, so you only need to decide once. You can manage cookie preferences at any time in the App's privacy or cookie settings.
6. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In particular, the target images you upload and related measurement data are processed by Roboflow, Inc., an AI image-recognition provider located in the United States, in order to detect and score shots. This data is de-identified before processing — it is not linked to your account or contact details at the provider. For transfers to the United States and other third countries we rely on appropriate safeguards, in particular data processing agreements and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where the recipient is certified under it, the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Each provider also processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.
7. Data Storage and Retention
Your data is stored securely in Firebase Cloud Storage. We retain personal data for the following periods: account and profile data, training history, and uploaded target images — for as long as your account is active, and permanently deleted within 90 days after account deletion; payment and transaction records — 7 years after the end of the financial year in which the transaction took place, as required by the Swedish Accounting Act (bokföringslagen); support correspondence — up to 24 months after the matter is closed; analytics and marketing data processed on the basis of consent — until you withdraw your consent. Where a legal obligation requires longer retention, we retain only the data covered by that obligation and delete it when the obligation ends.
8. User Rights
You have the following rights regarding your data:
Access (Art. 15): view the data we hold about you. Correction (Art. 16): update inaccurate or incomplete information. Deletion (Art. 17): delete your account and associated data via the App's self-service features. Restriction of processing (Art. 18): require us to limit how we use your data while a dispute about it is resolved. Data portability (Art. 20): receive the data you have provided — including your shooting performance data — in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. You can request an export via the App's data-export feature or by contacting support. Objection (Art. 21): object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time — the right to object to direct marketing is absolute and we will always honor it. Withdrawal of consent: opt out of consent-based processing, including analytics and advertising, at any time.

In Sweden this is Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), Box 8114, SE-104 20 Stockholm, Sweden, imy@imy.se, www.imy.se. You may also complain to the supervisory authority in your own EU/EEA country of residence.
9. Data Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no system can guarantee 100% security.
10. AI Model Improvement
Aggregated and anonymized data derived from uploaded target images may be used to improve AI model performance and accuracy. No personally identifiable data is used for training purposes.
11. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for users aged 13 and over, consistent with our Terms and Conditions. Users aged 13–17 may use the App only with the consent of a parent or guardian. Under GDPR Article 8 as applied in Sweden, children aged 13 or older may themselves consent to the processing of their personal data in connection with information society services. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13; if we discover that such data has been collected, we will delete it promptly.
12. Updates to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. For material changes we will notify you in the App or by email before the changes take effect. Updates will be posted in the App with a new effective date.
